This is a working discrete-rate simulation of a bottling line — Filler, Capper, Labeler, Case Packer, Palletizer — running in your browser. Pick a model on the left, then ask it questions in plain language. Every figure comes from a live engine run rather than from stored text.
The eight models are the same line built two ways. Track 1 · Constraint-Level gives each machine a few lumped interrupts. Track 2 · LEDS-Level replaces them with the 36 named failure modes a Line Event Data System records, so the Capper is not simply down but down for an attributable reason.
Within each track the line grows in four steps: 1-Constraint (one machine, interrupts only), 5-Constraint (five in series, where blocking and starvation appear), Converter (bottles to cases to pallets), and Buffer-Options (inline buffers added — where efficiency notably does not improve).
Full descriptions of each model are in the Bottling Line Demos documentation.
