Limited-time offer · Fall 2026

ReliaSim® Line Assessment. Free this fall.

Apply by October 31

Weighing a change to one of your lines? Bring one question about your line. We start with a 30-minute call and work it through on a model of a line like yours, no data needed. If you want the answer on your own line after that, we model it and send a two-page readout in about five business days. Along the way, we'll help you decide whether ReliaSim is a good fit for your process.

Open to manufacturers anywhere, with preference given to plants in the United States.

Try it yourself first.

The Sandbox runs a five-machine bottling line in your browser. Add a buffer or fix a failure and watch efficiency and pallets shipped change. No sign-up.

Or start with the game: Beat the Bottleneck. One move on the same line, scored by ReliaSim, and a few minutes.

The Sandbox bottling line: buffer sliders, efficiency 54.26%, 70,321 pallets in 90 days

What the readout looks like.

An anonymized page from a real assessment of a five-machine bottling line. Two kinds of stop cost the line almost the same time, and only one of them was worth the budget.

Stops ranked by what fixing them gives back
StopPatternTime lostEfficiency gained if fixedGain for the effort
Labeler Misalignmentrare, longer stops 6.79%+5.0 pts0.73×
Filler Micro Stopfrequent, short stops 6.72%+8.1 pts1.21×

On a Pareto chart these rank level (6.79% against 6.72%), and most improvement teams pick the Labeler because it’s the bigger single event and the easier one to see. The model says the Filler’s jams recover 62% more throughput for the same effort.

Your readout is two pages like this about your line. It shows which machine is really holding the line back, your stops ranked this way, and how much a bigger buffer would add. Read the full bottling case study.

What we'd test on your line.

Two minutes on the approach behind the assessment.

One question about one line.

This is for the equipment, speed or buffer decision. We keep the scope small on purpose, because a narrow question answered properly beats a broad one answered vaguely. You don’t need to send anything to start. If you go on to a model of your own line, we use whatever stop records you already have, and where something is missing we model it with assumptions and label every one.

You bring

  • The decision you’re weighing
  • A rough picture of the line: the machines, and where it stops most
  • Later, only if you want your own line modeled: the stop records you already keep

You receive

  • Which machine is really holding the line back
  • Stops ranked by what fixing them gives back
  • How much a bigger buffer would add
  • Whether ReliaSim fits your process

What it is, and what it isn’t.

These limits are what make a no-fee assessment possible, so we state them before you apply.

Scope1 question

One line and one question, rather than a plant survey or a phased discovery.

Data to startNone

The first call needs only your question. If we go on to your own line, what you already log is enough, with no system extracts or cleansing project.

Your time30 min

One call to start. If you want your own line modeled, a 30-minute readout call follows.

Turnaround~5 days

Business days from your stop records to the readout, if you go that far. You receive the readout and run results, not the model file.

A mutual NDA is available on request, and your data is returned or destroyed when you ask. You're welcome to anonymize it first, since the model doesn't need product names.
